To change your residential address to a company address, you must provide a company registration certificate or a company change registration form 公司變更登記表 (a screenshot is sufficient to prove that your company is indeed located here) and a statement (stamped with the company seal) explaining why you must use the company address as your residential address (e.g. you are a wind turbine engineer who lives in a dormitory but often works offshore).
